Founded in Auckland, New Zealand in 1987 as Independent Liquor (NZ) Ltd,
the Company is a manufacturer and distributor of alcoholic beverages.  Our core business is in ready to drink (RTD) brands which are continuously evolving.   We also produce and market a selection of beer, wine and spirits.

In 1997 we began selling to the Australian market and in 2000 set up production in Sydney followed by Melbourne in 2001. Since then we have seen our products take off in Asia, Europe and North America.

We pride ourselves on being dynamic and innovative and are always keen to explore new opportunities. The Company has been at the forefront of innovation and development of RTDs in both New Zealand and Australia and owns some of the largest brands in the Asian RTD market.
